Job summary

TechLink Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow/Moveworks Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions that connect ServiceNow, Moveworks, Generative AI, and core business systems to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

You will own the technical roadmap, define reference architectures, and govern integrations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HR systems, and AI copilots.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI, automation, or intelligent workflow platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical and business leadership.

This is a senior-level architecture opportunity focused on connecting ServiceNow, Moveworks, Generative AI, and enterprise business systems to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

• Experience with HR service delivery and digital employee experience platforms.
• TOGAF, ITIL, cloud, or related architecture certifications.
