Job summary

Professional Search Group seeks a senior ServiceNow/Moveworks Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise architectures connecting ServiceNow with Moveworks and other AI copilots. You will drive strategic initiatives, mentor teams, and partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable, secure workflows across HR, IT, and operations.

You will own data governance, define roadmaps, and communicate complex concepts to influence decisions while maintaining world-class ITSM and automation capabilities

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in enterprise or solution architecture for large, distributed environments.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflow patterns.
• Experience designing or integrating AI/automation solutions with moveworks or copilots.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow–Moveworks integrations.
• Develop roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures for scalable enterprise solutions.
• Capture requirements and translate into architectural designs and strategies.
• Lead multi-system integration design and persuade senior stakeholders to adopt approaches.
• Establish data models, taxonomies, and governance across platforms.
• Create architecture diagrams and metrics to measure effectiveness.
