Job summary

Professional Search Group is seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow/Moveworks Architect for a contract role with a major entertainment and media organization in Seattle. You will drive enterprise technology strategy, own architectural initiatives, and connect ServiceNow with AI copilots and critical business systems to create smarter workflows.

You will lead roadmaps, design scalable integrations, mentor teams, and partner with executives to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, workflows, integrations).
• Experience designing AI-powered automation or enterprise copilots.
• Strong data modeling, taxonomy design, and governance experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in large enterprises.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and integration of ServiceNow, Moveworks, AI copilots, and enterprise applications.
• Develop technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and scalable integration strategies.
• Partner with engineering, product, HR, and operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design complex integrations across ITSM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Establish data models, taxonomies, and governance standards for data quality and security.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and performance metrics.
• Influence senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions and mentor engineering and product teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow/Moveworks Architect to drive enterprise technology strategy for a globally recognized entertainment and media organization. This role will lead the design and evolution of enterprise architecture connecting ServiceNow, agentic AI platforms, and critical business systems to create smarter workflows, improve automation, and enhance the employee experience.

As a senior-level technical leader, you will own complex architectural initiatives, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Moveworks, Microsoft Copilot, multi-agent AI, or conversational AI platforms.
• Background in HR service delivery or digital employee experience.
• TOGAF, ITIL, cloud, security, or other relevant certifications.
