Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead CMDB design, migration, and data modeling.
• Experience with discovery, integrations, and service mapping.
• CMDB governance, data quality, and automation.
• Stakeholder engagement and UAT coordination.
• CSM Advanced Ai suite, HAM, SAM, and IRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, configuration, customization, and production support across enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers, admins, and QA teams throughout SDLC.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLPM.
• Lead CMDB and ITOM initiatives, including CI lifecycle, discovery, service mapping, event management, and visibility.
