Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, configuration, customization, and production support across enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers, admins, and QA teams throughout SDLC.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLPM.
• Lead CMDB and ITOM initiatives, including CI lifecycle, discovery, service mapping, event management, and visibility.

• Proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, configuration, customization, and production support initiatives across enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers, administrators, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and platform best practices.
• Design and implement ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Service Level Management.
• Lead CMDB and ITOM initiatives, including configuration item lifecycle, discovery, service mapping, event management, and infrastructure visibility.
