Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead ITSM projects and deliver complex initiatives for clients. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide teams through design, configuration, testing and deployment.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and operate in both agile and waterfall delivery styles while traveling as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across planning to closure for ServiceNow ITSM projects.
• Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Participate in client sessions, drive requirements workshops and design sessions.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
