Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Transformation Manager to lead delivery across multiple client engagements. You’ll drive design, configuration, testing and deployment, while mentoring a team and maintaining key client relationships. Travel to meet client needs is expected in a hybrid model.

You’ll combine business understanding with technical acumen to translate requirements into architecture, ensuring solutions meet business goals and leverage AI-enabled ITSM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (plus at least one of CSA/CAD).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication, adaptability and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for ServiceNow ITSM projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Provide guidance on ITSM process implementations and AI-enabled use cases.
