Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, managing delivery of solutions.
• Identify and define user/customer requirements.
• Guide effective management and delivery of projects.

Skills

Strong business acumen

Excellent executive communication

Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models

Ability to advise on CMDB/ITOM integration

Understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities

Experience mentoring teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related
