Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams in ITSM, working with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specs and architecture. You will guide delivery of complex initiatives, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and travel as required to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, leveraging EY’s expertise in AI-enabled ITSM and_NOW Assist capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, and at least one of the listed certifications.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery of ServiceNow ITSM projects.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligning with objectives.
• Lead client sessions and drive planning through execution and closure.
