Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM, driving architecture, design, and delivery for clients worldwide. You’ll manage multi-disciplinary teams, mentor resources (including offshore), and grow client relationships while shaping strategic roadmaps and delivery outcomes.

You’ll apply your knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities and ITSM practices to deliver measurable improvements, including faster resolution and improved operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; additional relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering ServiceNow ITSM projects from planning through closure.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals and estimates.
