Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation efforts in ITSM, manage client relationships, and drive architecture and implementation across diverse teams. The role includes regular travel to meet client needs and a focus on delivering value through AI-enabled ITSM solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM, certifications, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a Big 4 or equivalent consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Five+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore.
• Advise on CMDB/ITOM integration with ITSM and design architecture.
