Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Texas seeks a seasoned Functional Consultant to lead ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and FSM. You will translate complex requirements into configurations, author user stories for agile teams, and guide junior colleagues in best practices.

Based onsite in Fulshear, you'll travel up to 50% and collaborate with product teams to optimize workflows while leveraging AI-led approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive experience in professional services or equivalent
• Experience integrating AI into work processes
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Industry domain expertise in servicing
• Independent project execution with creativity
• Strong analytical problem-solving and collaboration
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows
• Ability to articulate AI system design and ethics clearly

Responsibilities

• Lead less complex/ smaller teams as functional solution lead
• Specialize in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings for career growth
• Translate requirements into configuration and write user stories
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices
• Drive process improvements and automation
• Coach customers in creating tests and acceptance criteria
• Provide feedback to product development based on customer experiences
• Maintain up-to-date skills and certifications
