Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Manager, ServiceNow, to serve as a trusted advisor on technology strategy, IT engineering, Service Management, and platform management. The role involves creating prototypes, modernizing web applications, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to advance ServiceNow capabilities.

You will work onsite in Fort Lee, VA, leading senior client discussions, developing architecture diagrams, and delivering governance and CONOPS to support mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• PMP certification required.
• BS degree with 8+ years PM experience.
• 4+ years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients.
• 4+ years of Federal experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy in collaboration with Federal executives, business SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with senior client leadership to uncover current state and goals.
• Define and prioritize ServiceNow development activities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop governance, CONOPS, and operating models to support the mission.
• Document as-is and to-be architectures and business processes.
• Support implementation including requirements, design, testing, and delivery.
