EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in a rapidly growing practice. This client-facing role emphasizes leadership, delivery, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across onshore and offshore resources. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/IS/Engineering).
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ITSM Implementation Specialist cert. and related qualifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstream delivery and manage project processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status to align with objectives.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources) including offshore staff.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
