Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and maintain ITSM/CSM solutions. The role involves administration, development, and integration work across ServiceNow modules to support incident, problem, change, and configuration management.

The ideal candidate has ITIL knowledge and a track record in configuring and extending ServiceNow with REST/SOAP integrations, data policies, and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• ITIL aligned responsibilities and governance understanding.
• Hands-on experience implementing ITSM tools and processes.
• Ability to design and modify ITSM components and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM/CSM module.
• Provide administration, application development, maintenance and support for ServiceNow.
• Create or modify relevant ITSM toolset components and integrations.
• Write scripts, business rules and data policies; enable data loading and reporting.
