Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and deliver ITOM/CMDB solutions for client engagements. You’ll manage multi-disciplinary teams, shape requirements, and build strong client relationships while guiding delivery from planning through closure.

The role emphasizes QA, risk management, and agile and waterfall delivery, with a hybrid work model and a broad total rewards package including medical, dental, pension/401(k), and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate value of EY services.
• Guide teams in both waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning and risk management.
• Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
