Qualifications

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or Developer.
• 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow transformation teams and manage project delivery.
• Identify and define user requirements and engage in coding.
• Mentor and manage a team of resources including offshore consultants.
• Build client relationships and provide project guidance.
