EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, managing end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions. You will build client relationships and guide teams while ensuring high-quality outcomes and risk management.

This role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, and a background in ITOM/CMDB with relevant certifications. The compensation offers a competitive salary ranging from $142,600 to $261,500, along with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work model.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• Minimum two of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, managing project delivery.
• Identify and define user/customer requirements for development across platforms.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring task completion.
