Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Engineering.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
