Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, preferably in Big-4.
• Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams for project delivery.
• Identify user requirements and develop user interfaces.
• Guide management and delivery of solutions.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources.
• Build client relationships demonstrating EY's service value.
