Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience required.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or Certified Application Developer essential.
• 5+ years of Big-4 or equivalent consulting experience needed.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions and projects.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources.
• Build and foster client relationships to demonstrate EY’s value.
