Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager based in New York to lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, managing the end-to-end delivery of solutions and projects. This role requires strong leadership in client relationships and team management to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience and must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A wide range of certifications is also necessary for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of two ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping.
• 5+ years of Big–4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams managing end-to-end delivery.
• Identify and define user/customer requirements.
• Guide management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
