Job summary

As a ServiceNow Consulting Manager at EY, you will lead teams in delivering ServiceNow projects, focusing on managing end-to-end client solutions. You are expected to build strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes while mentoring a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Engage in client relationship building and project management.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
