Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a mid-senior ServiceNow ITOM Business Analyst to bridge infrastructure, operations and ServiceNow developers. You will transform complex ITOM requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and roadmaps, with emphasis on discovery, service mapping, event management and CMDB/CSDM.

You will work in an Agile environment, manage the ITOM backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and security to ensure maintainable, scalable solutions for federal clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow platform experience acting as a BA/Systems Analyst/Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
• Maintain and prioritize ITOM backlog; participate in sprint rituals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CI identification, discovery scope, and network constraints.
• Support CMDB governance and data health initiatives.
