2iSolutions Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM consultant for a 1-year remote contract position starting in December or January if necessary. The role focuses on planning, design and implementation of ITOM capabilities, especially Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM 5.0.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery and CMDB implementation experience.
• Experience leading or facilitating technical workshops.
• Strong understanding of MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and CSDM.
• Good infrastructure knowledge across Windows/Linux, networking, VMware and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping/CMDB certifications are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation and improvement of the CMDB, including CI relationships, IRE, CSDM and data quality.
• Work with server, network, security, cloud and application teams to identify and resolve technical dependencies.
• Troubleshoot Discovery, connectivity, credential and configuration issues.
• Develop testing, validation and deployment approaches.
• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.
• Identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement throughout implementation.

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM consultant for a 1 year remote contract position starting in December, or January if necessary.

Role Description / Key Responsibilities:

The ITOM Specialist will support the planning, design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, with a focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM 5.0. This is a hands-on project role requiring strong technical knowledge combined with the ability to facilitate workshops, develop implementation approaches, and work across technical teams to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate technical planning, requirements and design workshops.
• Translate requirements into practical solution designs and implementation plans.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, credentials, schedules and related ITOM capabilities.

Skills/experience:

• Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery and CMDB implementation experience.
• Experience leading or facilitating technical workshops.
• Hands on Experience is modifying OOB Patterns
• Strong understanding of MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and CSDM.
• Good infrastructure knowledge across Windows/Linux, networking, VMware and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping/CMDB certifications are desirable.
