Job summary

Sigital is seeking an experienced ServiceNow technical consultant focused on ITOM implementations to join our team in the US. This hands-on role leads technical implementations, guides customers through solutions, and collaborates with the project team to deliver successful engagements.

Required certifications include ServiceNow CIS - Discovery and CMDB Fundamentals, with additional CIS for Event Management, Service Mapping, and Inventory and Management preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of ServiceNow ITOM consulting with successful ITOM projects.
• Strong IT infra knowledge; Windows/Linux and networking troubleshooting.
• ServiceNow CIS - Discovery required
• CMDB Fundamentals required
• Event Management CIS and Service Mapping CIS desired
• Inventory and Certificate Management CIS desired
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow functions and best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile and writing user stories.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills; diverse teams.
• Proven team player and strong communication, both written and verbal.
• US citizen and located in the US

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions including configuring and workflow design and implementation.
• Guide the to-be processes in partnership with project team members and industry partners.
• Lead clients in leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and improving processes.
• Serve as liaison between client and technical implementation team.
• Lead presentations of design concepts and demos; work in Agile-Scrum with epics and user stories.
• Ensure deliverables are high quality, timely, and provide valued outcomes.
• Contribute to best practices and standards; drive improvement of methodologies.
