Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 in the US to lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, CMDB, and integration with AWS/Azure/GCP. You will assess technologies, develop architectural artifacts, and drive deployment strategies across banking and financial services projects.

You will collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues, ensure quality, and transfer knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration.
• Hands-on Discovery with MID Server, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, IRE, and CMDB health.
• Integrating AWS/Azure/GCP resources into ServiceNow CMDB.
• Cloud concepts and networking knowledge; scripting for automation.
• ITOM deployment, troubleshooting and enterprise-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Propose solution architecture, contribute to tech framework and enterprise architecture.
• Identify technologies and perform market comparisons to select optimal options.
• Develop integration strategies and validate PoCs for architectural solutions.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and align with quality standards during build and deployment.
