Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 to lead architectural explorations for ServiceNow ITOM deployments across US clients. You will gather requirements, shape solution designs, and drive end‑to‑end architecture decisions in collaboration with delivery teams.

Responsibilities include evaluating technologies, validating PoCs, and ensuring smooth transitions with strong knowledge transfer. Relocation/travel may be required to client sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM, including discovery and CMDB.
• Experience with MID Server, Discovery patterns and IRE is essential.
• Knowledge of cloud resource integration (AWS/Azure/GCP) within ServiceNow CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Propose solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, and drive design creation.
• Develop integration strategies and validate PoCs for architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Document architectural frameworks and enable knowledge transfer to ensure quality standards.
