Infosys in the United States seeks an Architecture Consultant 2 to lead design and implementation of scalable, secure architectures for financial services clients. Focus areas include ITOM with ServiceNow, discovery, service mapping, and orchestration, plus cloud integration and automation.

You will collaborate with client teams, document architectural frameworks, and guide deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive design and hands-on implementation of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
Deep knowledge of ITOM components such as CSDM, CMDB, MID Server, IRE, and data quality.
Experience integrating AWS, Azure, and GCP with ServiceNow CMDB.
Proficient in Python scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security, and scalability.
Propose solution architectures and contribute to framework development and deployment automation strategy.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.

Job Description

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability. Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repositoryYour contribution to the team: The ability to analyse, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures. A knack for assessing multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions. Understanding of integration methodologies, proof-of-concept validation and deployment strategies. The ability to document architectural frameworks and solutions. Proactive communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Required Skill and Experience

Experience required in: Experience and proven specialization in design and hands-on implementation of ServiceNow ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration with deep understanding on IT Infrastructure. Experience in design and implementing CSDM framework and CMDB Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Discovery. Expertise with MID Server configuration, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CMDB health. Experience in integrating, discovering and managing AWS, Azure, GCP cloud resources within ServiceNow CMDB. ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server configuration, Discovery Patterns & Sensors, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CMDB and CSDM – hands-on implementation and Troubleshooting experience Cloud resources integration and discovery – AWS, Azure, and GCP resources within ServiceNow CMDB Python scripting – for automation and tooling Cloud infrastructure concepts & networking – general cloud/networking knowledge AI-assisted development tools – GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI tools, GenAI coding assistants

Preferred Skill and Experience

ITOM developer experience in some or all ITOM application areas (Service Mapping, SAM, Event Management, Orchestration) Intermediate Windows and Unix administration skills including OS PowerShell and Bash scripting and config file interpretation/parsing ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any ITOM applications strongly desired Integration experience (SOAP, REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports) Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the management of users, groups, and roles, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary experience a plus AWS experience -extensive AWS expertise is a plus Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments

Additional Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
