The role emphasizes deep ServiceNow expertise and cross-functional delivery in a dynamic financial services context. The candidate should bring hands-on ITOM experience, CMDB/CSDM, MID Server, and cloud resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration.
• Strong CMDB and CSDM expertise with MID Server configuration.
• Experience integrating AWS, Azure, and GCP with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Proficient Python scripting for automation.
• Cloud concepts and networking knowledge.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analyses.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare assessment reports.
• Design scalable IT infrastructure solutions and document deployments.
• Coordinate releases and environment readiness; perform post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and continuity plans.
• Drive automation opportunities across infrastructure processes.
