This role involves leading development efforts for ITOM projects, creating technical architectures, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective delivery. Candidates should have significant experience with ServiceNow and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT related experience.
• 4+ years working on ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years architecting ITOM projects for customers.
• Consulting experience required.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies.
• Lead development effort of solutions in ITOM and other modules.
• Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
• Attend requirements review and validation sessions.
• Deliver measurable results within client timelines.
