Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Architect with 11 to 15 years of expertise in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping and related ServiceNow ITOM modules to lead architecture and implementation initiatives

Job Description

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping solutions within enterprise environments
• Develop and implement strategies for ServiceNow ITOM modules including Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, Connected Operations, Cloud Observability, Governance and Cloud Insights
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of ITOM solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow ITOM processes and frameworks to optimize operational efficiency
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITOM architecture and deployment
• Analyze complex IT infrastructure and service dependencies to enhance service visibility and management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in ITOM implementations
• Mentor and support junior team members in ServiceNow ITOM technologies and architecture principles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee configuration, customization and integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet client needs; lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Service Mapping and associated ITOM components
• Work closely with architects and platform teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Develop and review technical documentation including architecture diagrams, process workflows and implementation guides
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for internal teams and clients
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and industry trends to recommend improvements
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
