Job summary

Astrica is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to help customers design and deliver enterprise ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will guide architecture, implement CMDB/CSDM, and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping in collaboration with client teams.

Remote-first role with occasional on-site client visits; you’ll work with a skilled, global team to innovate the platform, drive automation, and ensure high availability across deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with deep expertise in ITOM suite modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.

Responsibilities

• Dazzle clients by delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and advising on best practices.
• Lead on multiple Agile engagements to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Define technical/design approaches, lead scrums, and mentor consulting resources.
• Estimate time/effort for resources and communicate progress to the Engagement Manager.
• Own technical quality on projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live.
• Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate with Business Process Consultants.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and mentoring activities.
