Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Business Analyst to bridge infrastructure, operations, and ServiceNow developers. You will translate ITOM requirements into Epic/User Stories and contribute to CMDB/CSDM governance, discovery, and event management.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of ServiceNow and at least 2 years in ITOM, with Agile/Scrum experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams in federal/regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow platform experience acting as a BA/Analyst/Consultant.
• Minimum of 2 years dedicated ITOM experience with multiple ITOM modules.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or CMDB/CSDM.
• Agile/Scrum practices and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate them into epics and user stories in Agile environments.
• Define CI identification, discovery scope, and data requirements for ITOM projects.
• Lead workshops for Discovery and Service Mapping and map CI relationships to CSDM.
• Collaborate with QA, developers, and operations for testing and governance.
