  • Strong, practical understanding of ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Technical fluency to discuss architecture, CMDB relationships, software licensing, integrations, and data flow.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and ITIL service management practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to function autonomously and deliver agreed-upon outcomes.
  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in a relevant domain (e.g., CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM).
  • Experience implementing or managing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) programs.
  • Experience defining AI use cases in ServiceNow or similar platforms, including Generative AI concepts.
  • Understanding of software publisher licensing models and software compliance best practices.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
