Job summary

Global Solutions Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP and Service Center teams. The role demands a self-starter who takes ownership and demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure deliverables meet specifications.

Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow integrations including Asset/Inventory Management, CMDB discovery and Webex.
Telecommunications Expense Management experience is a plus.
Strong experience using the M365 Productivity Suite.
Data analytics experience is required for analysis and reporting.
Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and data to design solutions and write technical requirements.
Test and implement technology solutions.
Conduct research to support project decisions and improvements.
Create procedures to improve existing systems and workflows.
Provide training and user support for implemented solutions.
Draft and review Requests for Proposals and Contract Scopes of Deliverables.
