You will support design and implementation, coordinate documentation, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and user needs.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and experience with Jira, Visio, and Excel to manage requirements and project tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin/IT or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience including ITSM, SPM, EA, BCM, CMDB, or HRSD.
• 3-5 years experience in business analysis or IT project support.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications.
• Support design and implementation across ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and other modules.
• Coordinate technical and vendor documentation for integrations.
