Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Advisor Information Systems Architect – ServiceNow to lead enterprise-grade ServiceNow design, integration, and governance. You will own the platform’s architectural integrity, focusing on CMDB, data models, and cross-team collaboration to align ITSM with business goals.

You’ll collaborate with Platform Engineers, CMDB Admin, and process owners to drive data flows, secure integrations, and scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and GRC domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years supporting ITSM processes.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and discovery tools.
• 3+ years designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools.
• 3+ years working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
• Define and enforce platform governance, including release management and security protocols.
• Provide architectural solutions for integrating third-party tools into the corporate ServiceNow instance.
• Design, document, and maintain the information architecture for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
• Lead the modeling and structuring of data within ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, SecOps, VR, GRC, CSM).
• Partner with platform engineers, product owners, developers, and process owners to define data flows, integrations, and taxonomies.
• Evaluate and enforce naming conventions, data standards, and reference models across the ServiceNow environment.
• Guide the optimization of CMDB health, data integrity, and relationship modeling (CI class structures).
