Job summary

CDW LLC. is seeking a Principal Advisory Consultant - ServiceNow to lead architectural direction across transformation programs, aligning business strategy with enterprise architecture and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT, engineering, math, or related field with 10+ years consulting OR 14+ years equivalent consulting experience.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification is required.
Experience with multiple global implementations.
Experience partnering with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy and service offerings.

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level architectural leadership across transformation programs.
Partner with sales and CDW clients to define advisory solutions and outcomes.
Develop high-level designs and architectures addressing client business vision.
Create and present white papers and proposals for ServiceNow solutions.
Mentor ITS teams and enablement activities for clients and internal teams.
