Job summary

CDW is seeking a Principal Advisory Consultant - ServiceNow to provide executive-level architectural leadership across transformation programs. You will align business strategy with enterprise architecture, governance, and delivery teams while engaging executive stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow-based solutions.

You will partner with the sales team, build trusted advisor relationships with CDW clients, and develop high-level designs, ROI stories, and SOWs for advisory and professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, IT, engineering, math, or related tech field with 10+ years consulting.
• Alternatively 14+ years of equivalent consulting experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification required.
• Experience with multiple global implementations.
• Proven ability to partner with executive-level clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales account team and work directly with CDW clients to build trusted advisor relationships and propose ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Research current and emerging technologies, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and present to executive leadership.
• Perform business outcome assessments across multiple information system architectures.
