Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced Principal ServiceNow Consultant to ensure solutions are implemented as designed and approved by customers. You will provide enterprise-wide governance across the ServiceNow platform and lead technical delivery of Digital Velocity solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in CS M and ITSM, CTA certification, and strong leadership skills to guide large-scale implementations and communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of enterprise ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or platform delivery experience OR 14+ years of enterprise ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or platform delivery experience.
• Expertise in CSM and ITSM; ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification required.
• Demonstrated leadership providing expert advice on ServiceNow and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop standards, best practices and training for team members in partnership with technical architects & leads.
• Define project strategies and technical options balancing customer goals with financial constraints.
• Lead and mentor engineers and manage complex technical issues across large-scale implementations.
