Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow across modules.
• Assist with solution design workshops, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
• Translate client needs into ServiceNow-enabled solutions through business process analysis.
• Document technical designs, configurations and implementation steps clearly.
• Support proposals, presentations, and thought leadership efforts; contribute to status reports.
