Responsibilities

Job Description: Crowe is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong ServiceNow expertise who is ready to lead client projects, manage delivery teams, and contribute to business development activities. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of solution delivery from design through implementation. You will also help shape the growth of our practice by leading sales demos, supporting proposal development, and mentoring junior team members. We are looking for candidates who are entrepreneurial, client-service oriented, and eager to expand their ServiceNow and consulting leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong hands‑on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third‑party tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and client‑facing presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead ServiceNow delivery projects and guide junior staff.
• Experience with business development activities (demos, proposals, pre‑sales discussions) – Preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred.
  • One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications – Preferred.
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) – a plus.

Wage range: $79,100.00 – $156,600.00 per year.
