Job summary

You will work with senior teams to deliver scalable improvements, enhance client outcomes, and develop your technical and consulting skills.

You will collaborate across service lines, contribute to proposals, and participate in thought leadership efforts while adapting to evolving client needs and project scopes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in CS, MIS, Informatics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow apps.
• Assist with design workshops, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
• Participate in business process analysis and translate client needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Document designs, configurations, and implementation steps.
• Support practice growth by contributing to proposals, presentations, thought leadership.
• Prepare and maintain project docs like meeting notes and status reports.
