Job summary

val's services in Seattle seeks a Manager to lead the implementation of identity governance solutions, focusing on ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza platforms. You will design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize solutions, ensuring effective identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and integrations.

You will develop governance standards, provide mentoring, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project delivery and strengthen clients' identity security posture.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance, with two years specifically in ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or similar platforms.
• Educational background in computer science, information security, or related fields preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma plus extensive relevant experience.
• Expertise in implementing identity governance solutions, including application onboarding, role engineering, policies, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
