Job summary

val's services is seeking a senior identity governance leader to architect and deliver ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations in a Denver-area environment.

You will guide technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with security and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Role: The position involves leading identity governance and security platform implementations, with a focus on ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza. The manager will design solutions, oversee technical delivery, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with ServiceNow, Veza, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related fields preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in implementing identity governance solutions, application onboarding, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security analytics, access intelligence, and governance capabilities within relevant platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
