Job summary

LS Solutions in New York is seeking an experienced Identity Governance lead to guide the design, implementation, and optimization of identity governance platforms, with emphasis on ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza. You will manage technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with clients to gather requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with ServiceNow Identity Governance or Veza.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or seven years of relevant experience with identity security platforms.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, entitlement management, access controls, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions.
• Experience leading technical projects, mentoring teams, and supporting security transformation initiatives.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel may be required.

Responsibilities
