Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Identity Governance Lead to drive implementation and delivery of governance solutions using ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza. You will design workflows, integrate systems, and ensure secure access controls while partnering with security, application owners, and business leaders.

The role requires advanced problem-solving, mentoring of team members, and hands-on troubleshooting to strengthen clients' identity security posture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration.
• At least two years specializing in ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or similar platforms.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications & Skills:
