Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Manager to lead the implementation of identity governance solutions, focusing on ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza platforms. The role oversees design, configuration, testing, deployment and optimization, ensuring onboarding and integration of applications.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical documentation, and support clients in improving identity visibility, entitlement management and access governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information security or related field preferred.
• Experience implementing identity solutions, onboarding, access controls, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of entitlement management, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of identity governance projects, troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities.
• Design and implement solutions including identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, workflows, and policies.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
• Develop governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices in identity management.
• Support clients in improving security posture using platforms like ServiceNow and Veza.
• Mentor team members and lead technical workstreams, supporting identity security transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with ServiceNow or Veza.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related fields preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in implementing identity solutions, application onboarding, access controls, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
• Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
