Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a skilled identity governance leader to drive the implementation and management of identity solutions, focusing on ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza. You will design, configure, test, and deploy governance capabilities, ensuring effective access modeling and compliant workflows.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and deliver comprehensive governance standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience.
• At least two years in ServiceNow or Veza platforms.
• Experience with onboarding, access reviews, certifications, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of entitlement management, access controls, and compliance.
• Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to lead discussions.
• Ability to mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in ServiceNow or Veza platforms.
• Experience implementing identity solutions, including application onboarding, access reviews, certifications, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills to lead technical discussions and deliver quality solutions.
• Ability to mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and support security initiatives.

Additional Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel may be required. Knowledge of identity analytics, governance capabilities, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
